1. How 9anime.co.nz Operates
9anime.co.nz operates as an anime
streaming index and player interface. Video content accessible through the
Site is hosted on third-party external servers; 9anime.co.nz does not store,
host, or upload video files directly to its own servers. The Site indexes
and embeds video streams from third-party hosting providers in a manner
similar to how search engines index and link to web content.
2. Notice and Takedown Procedure (DMCA)
If you are a copyright owner, or authorised to act on behalf of a copyright
owner, and you believe that content accessible through 9anime.co.nz
infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to us
containing the following information:
-
Identification of the copyrighted work — A description
of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, or, if multiple
works are covered by a single notice, a representative list of such works. -
Identification of the infringing material — The specific
URL(s) on 9anime.co.nz where the allegedly infringing content appears,
with enough detail for us to locate the material. -
Your contact information — Your full legal name, postal
address, telephone number, and email address. -
Good faith statement — A statement that you have a good
faith belief that the use of the material in the manner complained of is
not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law. -
Accuracy statement — A statement that the information in
your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the
copyright owner or are authorised to act on the copyright owner’s behalf. -
Signature — A physical or electronic signature of the
copyright owner or authorised representative.
